my case:
1. This case has been approved. On September 27, 2006, an approval notice was mailed.

2. On September 28, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

3. On October 2, 2006, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her.

his case:
This case has been approved. On September 27, 2006, an approval notice was mailed.

After this, no new updates for his case.
