I am in H1B. My wife filed H4 3 week ago when she was laied off. one day after her layoff, her employeer asked her back to work. After she got the H4 receipt. She sent a letter to USCIS to cancel her H4 application.

Now I am applying for F1. Do I need to include her as dependent?
