I140 Receipt Number

I ted my I140 at the end of October and got the receipt number one week later. The first three letter of my receipt is LIN, does it mean my case will be processed in Nebaraska Service Center or it is possible to be transferred to Texas Service Center for processing? Any related information will be appreciated! Many thanks!
