I am under H1-B and i don't have I-140. Specifically, I had my H1-B extension Approve Notice stolen which has a new I-94 card at bottome page. Can i file I-824 to have a duplicate copy of I-797 approve notice with new I-94 card? Or my employer has to file for me? Or do i need file I-102 to get a new I-94 card? Or do i have both concurrently? Thanks!
