Socail Security benefit

Ask XiaoBaiTu and other experts:
If I work here for 10+ years,and go back to china,can I really get Socail Security benefit after I retire (reach 62 year old).Of couse I am talking about Non-US citizen,Non-green card situation.

I checked SSA policy on website,it says SSA will remit momey to US embassy in China,and I can collect money there.But I need to accumulate 40 points - 10 years.

I really doubt SSA will pay Non-US citizen,Non-green card people who lives outside
USA , even he/she has accumulated 40 points worked 10 years?
