Hundreds of people in my company including myself have been waiting for LC for more than 5 years. No one thought about that. Plus, all backlogs should be eliminated in a year. If your case is RIR, you should get it quite soon. BPC is very fast with RIR right now.
No suggestion on lawsuit.
