3,If you don't want to work,don't need an EAD.If you
are dependant,OK,if you are primary applicant,you will
fail on I-485
4,5 you have to file an amendment to keep your H1B ,or use your EAD
6,yes,you have to apply out of USA to get a new H1B,if you have used your EAD
