请好心的xiaobaitu帮忙，485 section 问题

我是2004 年6月NIW 和485　concurrently filing case。在我的485　receipt中Notice type一栏里的section后面注明“other basis for adjustment"。我看了几个朋友的485 receipts, 有的跟我一样，有的却是“adjustment as direct neneficiary of immigrant petition". 关键的问题是被归属于“other basis for adjustment"一类的朋友的485都至今都没有被批下来。我问了我的律师，律师的回答如下：
　　“Thank you for your e-mail. The TSC has made all I-485s based on NIW cases as “other basis adjustment” while CSC, NSC and VSC had label I-485s based on NIW cases as “Directive Beneficiary of Immigration Petition”. Therefore, your case should be fine.”

律师的解释很牵强，而且不知道哪里来的根据。因为我上面提到朋友们都是在TSC申请的,section归属却不同

我应该怎么办？

不知道是不是单身和家庭申请会有以上的差别。

恳请Xiaobaitu帮忙回答我的问题。我相信有很多人也有同样的疑惑。
