Sorry, I cannot find the answer through the INS file. Please help.

我先生今年签A公司h1-B回美国， 现在B公司工作， 刚拿到B公司h1-B tranfer.请问年底他如果用AP回国对他现有的B公司h1-B status 有无影响。多谢大家了。
