the CSR always pick up the phone, and last time he transfer me to somewhere and the guy asked me why my call being transfered, so I told him and ask him about my NC, he told me that my file was sent to VSC on June 2006 for background investigation, and I need ti file an inquire to VSC. And actually my lawyer did, but we gaven;t heard anything from them yet.
