the fee is $500 -$5000
I known somepeople 平均 $2000-$4000 and include a winner paied $32500 at last (诉讼,然后上诉),but you can ask for CIS be retune the lawyer fee to you.
如果你请律师出庭，费用大大增加，一个中国人在西雅图起诉然后上诉花了一万多，但９０％以上起诉人没有上诉机会就解决了或撤销了
