xiaobaitu: do you know how DOL 审计有要求外语能力的PERM申请

I am preparing documents for PERM application. My position requires me speak Japanese(conference with Japanese customers).Because Foreign Language is one of the primary audit triggers for DOL, my lawyer wants to make sure if we should add this to my job requirements.So do you know the procedure about this kind of audit?
