我的CASE很弱吗？ 140 REF求教！

去年赶10.1，自己file了一把，很匆忙，材料肯定准备的不理想。现在收到REF，要提供独立推荐人，阐述在领域的影响。本人美国一家二流医学院Ph.D毕业，然后在John.Hopkins作癌症方面的研究两年，申请时文章6篇（2个第一作者，都是在美国发表），会议论文一堆；现在文章13篇，引用15。问了几家律师，都说CASE弱，现在CASE在NSC，比较倒霉。有经验的给看看确实希望很小吗？
