1.Find another lawyer.this lawyer is so weird.
Chinese lawyer is better.

2.But I got news,No anymore H1B1 this year.Maybe you need wait until Oct. 2004.

Anything happend don't feel so bad, If god close the door,he open a window for you. Just do you best.
