请问：I-485 pending 写信改地址是寄到 TSC 还是 NSC ？

July 2005, I-485 交到 TSC。

Oct 2005, 收到USCIS-Texas Center的信说I-485被transfer到NSC，并且提到“any further inquiries should be made to that office (NSC, PO BOX 82521, Lincoln, NE)."

请问这个改地址的信是寄到 TSC 还是 NSC ？
