Thanks, Xiaobaitu. I received the 45-day letter at the end of April this year and my lawer replied them right away showing that my employer wants to continue to support this case. Unfortunately the Backlog Center thought that they didn't receive the 45-day letter reply and closed my case in June, but actually they did receive it on time. My lawer traced back with them, and finally the case was reopened in August.

The frustrating part is that my coworker who filed at exactly the same time as mine already recevied the LC approval several weeks ago without going through this trouble. I haven't heard anything for my case yet.

Any idea about how many months longer I have to wait? I really need it soon. I really appreciate for any hints!
