485 FP code 1应该意味着NC clear了吧

我和LP收到第二次I485 FP的通知，第一次我们都是code 3，这次我是code 3，她是code 1。正巧几天前我给CIS打电话询问NC，被告知我的NC pending，她的已过。我想code 1应该是NC clear的标致吧 (EAD FP code 1不算)。
