Here is a short RFE from NSC:

Please additional documentary evidence which will indicate that petitioner had, as of the priority date of this petition, a degree of influence on his field which distinguishes him from other scientist or researcher with comparable academic and professional qualifications. Such evidence might consist of, but is not necessary limited to, copies of articles or excerpts from trade publications, journals, magazines or other news media, in which the petitioner’s research achievement are discussed. Commented on, or otherwise specifically mentioned by his peers, or by others; or evidence of official recognition conferred or bestowed on the petitioner by government bodies, professional organizations, or other such entities.

Here is my information:

when I ted the application in Oct. 2005,
5 journal papers, 10 conference papers. 1 patent pending, reviewer for 3 journals.

Current:
1 more journal paper, several more paper review, patent granted.

Please help me for RFE.
