These are all standard language of H1, wait to see company's reaction when they see something like, if they bench you, they still need to pay you in full... That should make company even more furious.

Really no need to shout out loud these details to company because a normal US company (in comparison to the so-called body-shop contractors) will not come to the point that they need to face such dispute with you.
