我还可以交140吗？xiaobaitu help!!

我是H1B， 12月回国准备用AP(是老公为主申请人申请的485)回来。 我本人的PERM已经批了， 还没有递140。不知道我用AP回来会不会使我的绿卡申请作废？我回来以后还可不可以RENEW H1B后继续递140？
