It depends if you are the first authors of those two papers. I think it is better you have at least one first-author paper (I mean for biology field, I don't know about other fields). But I know a biology person who get NIW approved with two papers last year, no first author, but those two papers were published in good journals, maybe with a lot of citations. Good luck!
