很着急的问H4延期的问题，要急哭了

因为老公公司的律师不接这样的小CASE，我们没有人可以问，急死了，主要是3个问题。

一 办理H4延期的材料是不是以下这些就行了？
1. I-539 form
2. Copy of I94 form of H1-B
3. Copy of I94 form of H4
4. Copy of I129 Receipt Notice (or Copy of filed I-129 for that
employee) (beijing)
5. Marriage Certificate
6. $200 check made payable to Department of Homeland Security
结婚证包括原件还是只要公证书呢，因为我不知道他会不会把原件寄回给我？
还有就是如果不寄护照过去怎么更改呢， 寄个新的I94过来自己钉上么？

二寄的地址
我是一个人延期，我LG已经在美国工作了，他的日期和I797上的是吻合的，不需要延期我们属于下面3个的哪种情况呢？
A Your Form I-539 is being filed together with the principal's Form I-129,

B The principal's Form I-129 has already been approved

CThe principal's Form I-129 is still pending
还是都不属于呢？都不属于就寄到当地（我们在CA，属于一种的话寄到Vermont）

三时间
有没有个DEADLINE说明什么时间以前我必须寄出去呢？我的签证12月10号到期。
