Urgent and pls help: Where to file my I-485?

Eb1a I-140 was approved at TSC. I am wondering where I should my I-485. From the USCIS instruction, all employment based _-485 applications (separated from I-140) should be filed to NSC. But some people told me I should file it to the center where I-140 was approved. Did anyone have the same experience sharing with me?
