help, Mr 2 cents

I hold TD visa, now plan to change to TN visa. some questions:
1.TD to TN, is it easy or not?
2. how about the salary stander, if only 20,000 per year, is it too low to get TN?
3.who has experience for use a title such as Information Technology Consultant (IT Consultant)or Information Technology Specialist?
