resbumission for NIW?

Thank you for your input. Maybe I just have bad luck. So far, my lawyer did not call me yet. The denial was issued on Oct 10, I just got the fax from him today (Oct 23). During these time, I checked the status online but there was no information. If I decide to appeal, the dealine is Nov 13, I am not sure if i have enough time._:o
