about FBI name check

I applied my greencard Oct 2003 and passed my interview around May2004,but since then i have not got my greencard because of the FBI name check pending.I have been to the local district office 3 times and they always gave the same answer that my name check is still pending,I am wondering if there is anything I can do to push this case cos it has been almost 3 years and i can't apply my citiznship since I came by marriage immigration.Thanks a lot if anyone can help!
