请教小白兔等前辈

1 我能否现在file 140申请EB2，两个月后又file一个140申请EB1。我EB1材料目前没准备好，大概两个月后才能被齐。又不想耽误EB2排期。

2 我在大学工作，学校愿意给我办EB1。是学校办好还是自己找律师好？西人律师好
还是华人律师好？
