是EB2，只要递交了140申请，就不用担心H1的6年限期问题，140没批之前H1可一年一年地延，140批了可以3年3年地延。而且现在140批了之后即使换工作也可保留原来的PD，这下绿卡申请期间换工作也不是什么大问题了。形势不错啊！
