My hu*****and filed the pro se lawsuit (lawsuit without lawyer)for name check in 9/18/06 and today(10/19) my hu*****and obtained US Citizenship. We are going to dismiss the case. So go ahead to prepare the lawsuit, it works. It costs $350 for court fee+ $35 for certified mail and receipts serving defendants (USCIS, FBI, DHS, our district USCIS office).
