Two questions: #1: I140

Has anybody got his/her I140 approved by VSC recently under EB2-NIW? My receipt date was June 5, 2002, I have not heard anything.

#2. Someone told me that if I apply AP, when I come back, my H-1B will not be valid anymore, is it ture?
