Dear 猪妈妈猪爸爸:
The purpoase of your notary is to tell people that:
猪妈妈 & 猪爸爸 got happily married on DATE @ PLACE.
And the marrage is still valid.
As long as you are still happy couple, the detail of 民政局 can be ignored.
I didn't see any words like 民政局 in my document.
Remeber: Who, When, Where. That's all.
