If I am correct, Most of Non-RIR cases in BECs have not been certified yet, regardless its EB2 or EB3

For people from China, I strongly belive there are more EB2ers than EB3ers, they take up around 10% of each year's total LC applicants. So EB3ers should have faster moving pattern.

BTW, Don't worry about too many EB3ers. ALthough they are a lot of Chinese working at Restraunts(EB3ers), they either already got their GC(or pending) or became ilegal already : -)
