也问两个有关485的问题。

我的情况，EB3,I140 approved, 等排期。现在身份H1，已经延期一次。
1）

递交485，需要F1时的I-20吗？有的律师要，有的不要。我的好像找不到了，不知学校能补吗？

2）
如果申请了EAD,是不是每年要renew? renew时一定要有工作吗？
