cry for most NIWers

1. you are probably a Ph.D
2. you can not find a company job
3. you have to lie to INS officer that LC is a lengthy (not now!)
4. your boss's funding is yearly based or end soon
5. you can not find a assistant professor position
6. your major is biology (60%)
7. Each category now have premium processing, you cannot.
8. you claim that yourself that you are indispensible (God knows)
9. you desperately need GC since you have spent >5 yrs in US
10.you do not have many English papers.
