请教父母探亲的程序，

我是山东潍坊农村来的，想请父母过来看看，许多年没有回家了，也不知现在行政机关如何办事，父母年纪大了，没出过远门，有没有老乡知道，办护照开始，该去哪个衙门，送多少礼，多谢了，
咳，让老父母受累，心里不忍，怪我不孝啊。越说心里越难过，不说了，
