if possible, do not change your job. If you just could not put up with what you get from your current job, since your applications have been pending for more than 180 days, you could always change your job citing AC21.

When you change your home address, file AR-11 and call USCIS to let them know the address change, They are different departments, notifying DHS by AR-11 does not guarantee USCIS will get notified.
