我的情况：EB1B, PD 9/28/2005, I140 AD 10/30/2005, FP 2/14/2006, LUD 8/19/2006, NSC
打电话询问进展情况，今天收到NSC的来信如下，大家帮忙看看什么意思。

Type of service requested: Case Status – Outside Processing Time

The status of this service request is:

Our records indicate your application is pending in this office. In some instances, we have established separate processing time goals following certain kinds of actions. Therefore, this case is within the normal processing time.

Our records indicate your application is currently awaiting assignment to an Officer. You will be notified as soon as a decision is made.

越看越糊涂呀。是还没有开始处理我的CASE呢，还是NAME CHECK完了等候判决呢？
