EB 2 或ＥＢ- NEED your kindly help!!!!

NEED help:

I just got PERM approved, ready to file 140.

I found in my PERM application: the job requirement section: Master
or equivalence B.S plus 1 year, not 5 years,

My lawyer said I am in EB2 catogory. But I found somebody in wenxuecity said it's in EB3 catogory.

which one is right? Or my lawyer just lie to me?
Can I still go ahead file EB2 in I140 with documents say that I have 3 year experience in USA and about 4 years experience in the same field in china?? I have MS in USA and china too.
