Seems not possible to find a job and transfer H1 within 5 days.

Even you may find a job tomorrow, you won't get the job offer letter the same day, and attorney has to get the LCA first, and also prepare all documents.

Transfer to F1 is a good idea, if a school can give you I-20 within 2 weeks, and you may find a job later.
