No probelm, just like you land after your hu*****and, your kid can land any time before the visa expire.

Just tell them the truth, and they usually don't care too much, cuz your kid need to land BEFORE the visa expire anyway. Or tell them you need to settle down, find place to live before your kid can land.

Tell the truth, and tell them your hu*****and is in US arranging your relocating to Canada.
