another H1-B application, you are then out of status.

If your employer did sent the letter to USCIS. I don't think you may find another job and start transfer since H1-B transfer is very slow, it has to obtain the LCA first, then collect documents and send to CIS. By that moment, the revoke letter has been reviewed by CIS and you have very little chance to get 2nd one approved.
