I-539延期申请疑问

我在H1B transfer的时候，雇主没有给老婆办。如今老婆的H4明年一月到期，律师告知需要递交I-539。

part 4 - 3b,

has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you...

should I answer yes or no for my wife? this is for her visa's extention only.

my I140 approved, but on the approve notice, there is no place to indicate my wife's info...
