Email from USCS is very strange.What does it mean?Please take

Current Status:

On September 20, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom
issued.


So far,I did not receive any documents on this yet.What does it mean??? I don't understand.Thanks a lot.
