Please Help!Xiaobaitu, my twocents,& others about LUD

Just check the USCIS processing time for NIW-140, it is 4-11-2006 for the cases with receipt notice date.

My case was transfered from CSC to TSC on 3-23-06 and receive date was 3-29-06.

The processing frame is passed my receive date, what should I do? call them? I wrote a priority mail 2 mon ago, but no one reply my inquiry from TSC.
