need your help!

I am under H1B with another 3 years to be expired. My Labor Certificate under EB3, is “in process” in Philadelphia Backlog center, PD is 12/2004 and the 45 days letter was received in 05/06. I am thinking of a job change now. But, don’t know whether it is worth to change it since I have been waiting for two years for LC. And I am not sure the new employer can sponsor the LC again and even if they do, I will lose my PD. I would appreciate if I could have your thoughts. Thanks!
