I485 RFE -- please help

Just received a RFE letter from USCIS requesting for my 6 yrs old boy's birth certificate with both parent names. I have actually ted a copy of my son's birth certificate in the original I485 application package.

The problem is that the credit card size Birth Certificate from Ontario (Canada) government, unlike US ones, has no parent names in it. What should I do now?

Suggestions welcome.
