请教xiaobaitu, mytwocents及各位有关I-140 表的问题

我们的情况是去年九月份我递交 NIW 140时, 我和LD也都同时递交了I-485 (我是主申请人).

上个月我家LD的PERM批准了,现在填I-140.

在PART4, 6.Has any imigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?

LD应填YES呢, 还是填NO. 律师的助理说填NO,因为LD不是NIW-140的主申请人. 对吗?
