请问fingerprint做多久后case status会变

fingerprint做了快两个月了, case status还是原来的"我们已经寄出做指纹通知..." 云云. 不知道这正不正常? 现在还可以打电话去问么? 听说现在的电话不查询案子的处理细节了?
