Who can tell it is approved (I-140). Thanks

I checked my I-140 saus on-line. It is only said:

"On October 5, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued".

It is PERM EB-2 substitute. Texas center.

As the following I-485 depends on the decision, I want to know if the case approved ot not ASAP. Can anyone give me a clue?
