紧急求助!!!!!我该怎么办?

我刚来美国不久
我在国内时申请的大学 拿到了I-20
当然是我没有任何托福成绩的情况下
现在我不想去那所学校..我在纽约找到了新的学校
学校可以帮我出新的I-20 可是以前学校的负责人 不帮我转学
也不给我档掉..我想知道我现在这样的尴尬身份 危险吗?
我该怎么做?我原来申请的那所大学在加洲 而且是我在国内花了10W块中介费 才申请到的 所以..我现在拿不到新学校的I-20 真的没有办法上学 所以 我现在该怎么办
